The Joint Salary Point Credit Committee (JSPCC) is comprised of UTLA appointees and LAUSD appointees, and is governed by Article XV of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. The JSPCC reviews Salary Point Course Proposals from educators and outside vendors to ensure our employees receive high-quality professional development that is aligned to the District's Priorities and helps educators improve their practice for positive student outcomes.
